This privacy policy explains how Routepoint Debt Planning Co., Ltd. (บริษัท Routepoint Debt Planning จำกัด), referred to as “we”, “us”, or the “controller”, processes personal data when you use portalroutepoint.click. We align our practices with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and handle data honestly: there is no analytics, advertising pixel, or third-party tracking on this website.

What we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, topic selection, and message text you submit via POST to
/api/inquiryon the same domain. - Cookie preference: a single value stored in your browser’s localStorage under the key
routepoint-debt-planning-consentrecording whether you accepted or rejected non-essential storage (we do not load non-essential technologies either way). - Server logs: our hosting provider may process technical connection data (IP address, timestamp, user agent) for security; we do not use those logs for profiling or marketing.
We do not collect payment card data through this site.

Retention
Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to respond, follow up on planning engagements, and meet accounting or legal retention duties—typically up to three years unless a longer period is required by law. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Inquiry content may be accessed by staff and contracted IT support bound by confidentiality, solely to operate the form handler on portalroutepoint.click. No data is sent to analytics or advertising platforms from this site.
International transfers
If email or backup systems store data outside Thailand, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by the PDPA and notify you upon request of the countries involved.
Your rights

Children
Our services target adults managing household debt. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 20 without guardian involvement.
